Need help with a lean post 1801

I currently have the bait well with a Velcro attached cushion for the helm seat. I would like to add a higher seat/lean post to the existing structure. I know someone with a 1801 has done it and can give me the name of a vendor that can help. It would not take much to add a thicker cushion a foot rest and a back to make a comfortable set up. Please help if you can. Thx
