Need help with props on 28 Parker center console

My friend owns a 2000 28 Parker Center Console with twin 2000 Yamaha 225 Saltwater Series with the original Yamaha 17 pitch painted stainless props. The engines are mounted on a factory bracket. At WOT he is only turning 5000 rpms. THe props were balanced and reconditioned at H&H propeller last spring.

The boat has very little bottom paint on it. He has only owned the boat for one year...so we don't know the history.

Any suggestions. He is thinking of going down to 15 pitch props....but I have never heard of a 225 with 15 props.

I will see if I can dig up some pictures. The boat is enormous....I call it the aircraft carrier. This had to be the cleanest 7 year old boat I had ever seen. I found it for him out in Ohio....it had under 100 hours on it when he bought it last year.
