I,ve only been a member for a few months but have learned alot reading all of the post. I purchased a 1990 2520 from a member of the site. This is my first Parker but I knew it was the boat for me as soon as I saw her. For her age she was in great shape. Her previous owner kept her in dry storage out of the water and kept her up well. The boat was in Norfolk Virginia and I live in South Carolina about 7 hours one way. I wanted to have a sunshade put on her so I droped her off at Modlin's Welding in Farmville North Carolina to have it built. I brought her home last weekend and started some TLC to try and bring her up to speed for her trip to the Florida Keys. I have a few pics of her at Modlin's getting her new sunshade. Will have more pics to come as the work begins! I'll need all the help I can get from all of you! Thanks, Capt. "Madcat" Medlock PS The photos at Modlin's welding were to large to post but here are some that were taken this past week. That's the first mate and the boss in a few of the pictures.

The tar like sealer was running out of the frame getting on everything that it touched! I'm going to take them apart, clean the black mess out, sand blast the frames and powder coat them. There was some pitting on them anyway so I figured why not go all the way. I already have 3 of the windows apart and boy is it messy!!!!!!!!!
