No VST Filter on the F150?

Been reading about this filter here for a couple of years now. I don't see one in my service manual ('04 F150 Yammie).
 
On the 2-strokes, the VST is where the fuel and oil get mixed, so I'm guessing that the four strokes don't have them?

Same engine here if your talking about a 150 carbed 2 stroke.They do not have one.
I was looking for it when trying to figure out my "bogging down" problem :D

Fuel injected - have em.
Carbed engines - do not.

Well, my F150 might have a VST tank but there ain't a filter in it. Only filter on the engine I've found is the plastic bowl up on the front.
