I think we have some Brooklyn members. Long story short, anyone ever seen or heard of RefurbDept? The're supposed to be at 1449 37th st. 11218. Pretty sure they have scammed me out of $130.00.

Another question would be with whom would I register complaint?

Unfortunately, not all vendors operate like BOE, SIM, and Bennett.
