I read a couple posts regarding SPOTLIGHTS, and saw some real nice work installing same.
Has anyone thought of Night Vision Googles for night time running?
The price for GEN 1 systems has come way down. A hand held monocular can be had for $150.00 or there about. I have a NIGHTOWL marine 5x water proof unit I picked up on e-bay for $135.00. I also have a Bushnell unit I bought a while back, Bushnell Night Vision Tactical Monocular with Headgear and Built-in I.R. for much more then it's selling for now, (was a tax deduction) for my Police work.
Costco sells this unit on line for $379.99, now.
The military is using GEN 4 tubes. I haven't seen any Gen 4's for sale, Gen 3's are running 3K. For what we do, Gen 1 is fine.
