Older model Parkers?

Guys,

I'm in the market for my first boat to fish the Chesapeake. I'm looking at two older 18 Center Consoles that are listed online. Are there any issues or things I should watch out for with older Parker hulls (say 87-95).

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

I would be concerned about the fuel tank (life of 10-20 years mol), and condition of stringers, deck, etc.
