Parker 25 Pilothouse/DV 2520XLD

Can anyone tell me the history of the design changes for what is now called the 2520 XLD? It seems to me like the arrangement of the cabin now, with two captains chairs and two jump seats, means that the newer cabins are bigger. When was the change? I've looked through pages of posts and can't seem to find the answer.

I have a 2520xl 2011 and it has that newer configuration
