Does anybody have this setup and if so can you post some pics of it. I am converting my 48 roller ez to 64 roller and I would like to see how the front quad roller assemblies are set up to the hull to save me some time and error in adjusting mine.
Thanks

2530 deep vee, 64 roller 5-Star trailer.

With black bottom paint, don't have the best pics. See if this helps.

When I had my trailer for first time I looked at where they were on the boat and then moved them by eyeball when empty.

That's going to be expensive replacing all those black rollers with Polyeurethane!

Took some pics today of my trailer. Not best coastal weather here today so we went shooting instead of going to boat.

Can see position of forward rollers better.

Thanks for the pictures dcunniff but I need the pictures from an ez loader trailer because that is what I have. PORKCHUNKER if you could post those pictures I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Wrangler, right.

Can see though that the roller assemblies can be adjusted up and down, and across the width of the trailer. The location along the trailer is set.

Dana

All those rollers must make for an easy load of that heavy boat
being that you have a small manual winch on the front of that trailer.
Very nice looking boat dcunniff.

Mildew2, it gets off if have enough water and stop truck couple feed before back tires are at water, start outdrive and my wife backs up briefly and hits brakes and I slide off.

Winch is upsized, but manual. You can't crank this heavy boat with standard winch. I have turnbuckle pulley. As it gets closer, she uses the pulley to get double pulling power.

First time I used the trailer single pull I broke the winch!

The jack stand is upsized in strength too. Standard 1500 lb one that rotated horizontally to store didn't cut it over time. This one is heavier and only goes up and down. Not shown, but the foot is pegged and it comes off.

My wife still is OK with a manual winch!

Here are a few pictures of the rollers on my EZ- Loader 64 roller trailer. Not sure if it helps but can take measurements if you need them.

FWIW I have exactly the same trailer setup for my 2520 as Dana does.

Wrangler:

I have a 2009 #8300 Lb EZ Loader Roller Trailer with a gross weight of 10.500 lbs. I have a 2008 2520XL boat on it. Ill send pictures of boat and trailer. It is hard to see but the rear rollers are quads. By the way, the black rollers this year are poly rollers, the lower bow stop and upper eye roller are not. Good Luck.

Two of the trailers pictured above are EZ-Loaders, should be good?
