DSG makes a much much better window than Wynne. We've used both in offshore lobster boats, and the DSG's are the only ones which don't leak. The corrosion is a factor of, as has been discussed, lack of ventilation. Anodized aluminum in a moist environment, plus salt=corrosion. Mikey's windows were probably better maintained. If you want to limit the corrosion, just wax the frames. It helps.
Mine leak.
I vent my boat beyond reproach.
Have tried wax, spray, cleaning wipes, etc.
I maintain my boat better than most thank you. (Except maybe Megabyte)
Good try though. 8)

I just know our experiences. Maybe they were installed improperly, or you got a bum batch of anodizing (I'm assuming you have owned your 2520 since new).
Six 42' Wesmac's, two with DSG, and four with Wynne, an old 40 Bruno with DSG, and an even older Duffy with DSG. Four leak, four don't, following brand of windows perfectly. Nonetheless, maybe just yanking them out and replacing them will fix it. You might even be able to get them re-anodized if you could get them apart. Good luck.
