Hello I’m looking at up grading my transducer on my 2320 from the transom mount (which barely works over 4 mph) to an airmar through hull transducer. Looking for suggestions where to place it on the hull for best results. Any suggestions from other Parker 2320 owners much appreciated. Also the path of wires ran up to the helm?
Thanks!

is it gonna include side scan ?

if so, you’re going to want it on the centerline - otherwise, you’ll want a pair to avoid shadows.

Do you have a model you might recommend? I’m running simrad evo 2 and live on the west coast mainly down scan for fishing finding my dive spots. I’m also new so how necessary is the side scan?
Thx

if your goal is structure thats down scan. side scan is for finding fish. not sure whats the best model for the simrad.
