Just put a new Merc Thunderbolt prop on my 1999 225hp OX66.
I had to get the hub kit to adapt it to Yamaha.
The problem I had was the prop did not go on far enough to get the cotterpin back in with the supplied washer. I had to use a thinner washer from the old prop.
I'm talking about the washer under the castle nut not the thrust washer.
Anyone run into this before?
