I doubt it, provided you can get to all of the bolts from underneath the washboards. TomS here did to his 21' deep-V CC before the fly fishing season started and he just put a blank bolt into the holes so he could fish this season and worry about cosmetics next season.

Before you remove it ... tie 2 pieces of suitable wood like a 2x4' across the rail from side-to-side, aft and 1/2 to 2/3rds of the way up ... so the rail doesn't BEND at the center when you remove it.

You should be able to get a few hundred $$ for it!
 
Its no problem, all you need are some long arms and a lot of patience. Getting the two bolts in through the anchor locker was the toughest part. Make sure you have someone there to help you get it off.
