repairing chips in non skid

Guys, I dropped a metal hose nozzle on the front of my 2520 and put a crescent shaped chip in the non skid on the roof of the cabin. Normally I use a plastic nozzle, so I have to pay for that mistake. I know nothing about repairing gel coat, could I get some pointers please, Thanks in advance Mike

Hotpursuit, I'm not the one to explain how to repair but I did get a small container of gelcoat from Cecil marine at what I thought was a fair price. Not sure if your boat is the classic color or the newer white but the offer both
