Rub Rail

Good morning everyone.

I have started spring cleaning/maintenance and was wondering if there is anything I should be doing to maintain the rub rail. I was thinking about rubbing some armor-all on it. Is there a marine product I should be using?

Most here will agree, there are lots of ways to make things look good but rubber is not plastic and needs to remain soft......hard plastic cleaners are ok for shine but cleaners but there are cleaners/restorers for soft plastic such as :
