Safety Gear - Autotether

I was just getting ready to order my Revere Fast Find PLB, and was also considering the Autotether. I have auto pilot and spend plenty of time on the boat alone; anybody have any feedback on this item - seems like a good idea.

I just purchased the Auto Tether and have experimented with it to be sure it works and it is a great safety device especially if you boat alone.

I have one as well, I fish alone often and its silly not to spend the few hundred dollars to be safe. I also purchased the ACR Personal EPIRB. I feel as prepared as I can be.
