Suzuki 350

I know this is a new motor, but has anyone repowered a 25 Pilothouse with one? I currently have a 2520 DV with a 250 Zuke mounted on the transom. (no bracket). Looking for information as to whether this motor is feasible on this boat. I have been told the 350 with the 30 inch shaft weighs in at 747lbs. Current motor is about 540lbs. thoughts?
