Teak Floor for Wheel House 2520MV

Well as some of us have found out the cabin floor can be quite slippery when feet are wet and you are in a hurry. Since buying my 2520MV I have been considering solutions. I have rejected some because they were too expensive, some because I did not think they would wear well and some because I just did not like the looks. For a past project I had purchased a load of Plantation Teak and never got around to using it. I decided this year I would do a teak deck in the cabin to resolve the slipping problem once and for all. The floor is in 5 pieces to provide access and ease of removal.

Project completed. Easy to remove for cleaning, everything interlocks so it does not move around and best of all no more slipping.

Shop space has gotten a bit tight. Too many projects and a lot of equipment for airplanes, boats, cars and household chores. I am working with the CEO to find the time to add 40 feet. With 260 days on the road last year time is the issue. It was good to spend 4 days doing something other than limping Jets into the sky.
