It may be cold and windy outside, but I'm now a happy camper. Thanks to Robin, I have now seen my new 21SE. She may look a little rough around the edges in this photo, but Robin assures me that she'll be looking real good in no time. I hope to post updates as she progresses through the line. Cigar anyone?

Congratulations. Parker prides themselves in keeping within 2-3 days' schedule of delivery dates...year after year. 8)

You should see the floor, much cleaner than ceiling. :D

Everyone should take a factory tour to see how things are done...right.

I took a factory tour before taking delivery of my 2510. Best trip to NC I've ever made. Robin was the escort and answered all my questions (being a retired Intelligence Officer, I certainly asked a lot...including a lot designed to elicit info that one might not normally reveal (they trained me well :D :D :D )). After the tour, my father and Linwood struck up a conversation about wooden boats (see the link in my signature). Parker definitely runs a classy operation.

Congratulations on the birth of your 21! :)

A factory tour is my list of "things to do".

   You should be doing standup comedy....with a body guard.

Thanks, I think...besides I do use Right Guard. :D Ask someone who's been there, floor is almost clean enough to eat off of...for real.

I had the good fortune of visiting the factory while my boat was being built and having Robin show me and my wife around. You can't help but be impressed by the apperance of the facility, the friendly, professional atmosphere, and the attention to detail. Gives you a lot of confidence in the product. Let's hope it doesn't change.

Robin has come through with a couple more photos. I think she's looking good already, course I may be biased just a tad!

Man I wish I had photos of mine when she went together.

The wait must be killing you! 8)

You've got that right! Since I'll probably be heading South while my boat is heading North, I might not see her till mid April. Sure glad Robin is nice enough to keep me updated on her progress.

Here's another picture. For some reason, it won't let me post both, so I'll do the other separately. It now looks like she'll be delivered before I have to head south. Can't wait to see her.

I finally figured out how to make the photo less than 200KB.

Looks like she just needs the seats and the bimini - and of course the Parker logo!

Mega - the low rails are popular here. I can't say that I know enough to understand why, but since I'll eventually be using the boat for Coast Guard Auxiliary safety patrols, the low rails should be less susceptible to getting banged up in towing evolutions than the higher ones.

Robin said she's end up looking great and she was right! She should be on her way North by the end of the day. Can't wait to see her. Hope the driver has green lights all the way! :D :D :D
