Trailering

Has anybody trailered a 2520 SC on interstate highways.Did you have to get permits for a wide load? Most states in the Northeast are max at 8.5' and the 2520 is 9.6'.

I have my 2520 hauled 2x a year about 12+- miles each way, but I use a professional hauler.
If you are going to do it yourself, I'd get a permit. God forbid you get into an accident (your fault or not) and you don't have a valid permit.

Thanks,that's what I thought.If I buy the boat I would have to go thru 3 states.That would be pressing my luck.

I see where you are from. The guy i use is in manahawkin and does runs to bux county. If you want his number let me know. Good luck with the purchase.

I would have to get the boat from Ct to New Gretna NJ.Might drive it around,not sure if guy wants to sell now.

I have a 2520 xld which I bought this year and I tow around I think there is no big deal I tow it with a f150
