Yes there is a drain. However, the small boxes on each end of the transom contain an open enclosed box that does not have a drain. Rain water collects in both of these boxes. I could remove the boxes or even drill small holes in the bottom. Neither of these solutions I favor. Parker should replace the tops with recess gaskets. This is a parker error. Also the boxes should be insulated.
