Value of a 2002 2520 Parker?

Hello,
I have a deposit on a really clean 2002 2520 Sport Cabin. The boat is owned by a 82 year old man and has only 89 hours on the 225, 2 stroke Yamaha. The boat is somewhat stripped with not to many extras. We settled on a price of $37,800.00 Am I OK with that price? I agree. I just sold my 2005 2520SL with a Yamaha F250 4 stroke, also without much equiptment, and no trailer either, for $48k. I am right next to Toms River too.
