I have a 1991 Parker 25' that I'm putting a used 2006 Yamaha 250 on. Here's what the job entails:
Remove shrink wrap boat
Unload the new motor from my utility trailer (motor is on a motor pallet).
Pull the old motor off the boat and pull old wiring and shift/throttle cables out of the boat.
Remove the propeller
Pull out the old gauges, key switch and binnacle controls out
bolt old motor to a pallet and forklift onto my utility trailer

Change the plugs, thermostats, zinks and "check over" the new motor.

Repair steering leak - new seals on ram
Install new flexible plastic rigging tubes - motor is on a bracket

Mount motor and rig all new controls, cables (including battery)
install prop on the new motor
Install new gauges
Install new key switch
Install new binnacle controls

What's a fair price? Or if time and materials - what do you think it will wind up being?
