...............you approach the Dry Tortugas?

Other than the looming presence of Fort Jefferson, it's a big ol' 25 Parker DV open back sitting up on a hill. What a welcoming sight after traveling 70 miles.

Great pictures Jim & yours looks good tied up there too! A Parker takeover!!! Weather looks good; now, how was the fishing?? :)
 
F150s were hanging on back.

it turned a bit windy after we arrived so most of our fishing was within the mile radius of the Fort. The YT snapper were an easy catch as well red grouper and grunts. stayed 4 days. fast trolled some kings/bonita and a few mahi on the way back on the Gulf side.

Why do I live and fish out of NJ when there are places still in the US as amazing as that?!?!

I remember flying over the DT's with Fred Cabanas out of Key West in an old open cockpit Waco bi-plane. Cool experience! I'd love to do a trip like yours!!
