Newbe question #1...
I am not real keen on leaving in the ladder upside-down on the swim deck while in motion or while fishing.
What are people doing with it as far as storage?

I often see the swim ladder mounted on transom directly above motor bracket. There are some clips made for this.

My 2520 came with the Armstrong dive ladder mounted on clips on the transom. My concern, however, is that someone with criminal tendencies and a need for a ladder will make it disappear. As such, I keep it in the pilothouse behind the portside seat. I may look for other outside locations to mount the clips that are less thief-friendly.

Bob at Sundance Marine said he will mount it on the transom. Like this one...

mine is mounted on the transom, so far thieves have left it be. no other really good spot for it IMHO.
