Thanks to everyone who posted pictures and offered their input on covering their boat for the winter. I "stole" several ideas and this is what I ended up with. I'm selling her to move up and thought I'd finally post what I ended up with.

What did you have before?
that 23 se is a beaut. :D

I may go the way for the DIY boat wraps for next season.
 
That 2004 23SE pictured there is heading south to it's new owner if everything works out. I'll be heading north with the boat below.

Great Job with the winter cover. Looks like she made it through the winter in great shape. The absolute best projects here on ClassicParker are the ones that we all are able to create based on contributions posted in the Project Postings of other CP Members. We all "Cherry Pick" ideas from other project posts, like watching episodes of "This Old Parker".
