Not being very helpful with a lead. But i think that the 2510s are a hard breed to come by to begin with. And for the most part anything with twin 150's is going to be a new or 1 year old boat that will be double your budget. But I will keep an eye out. I searched 2 years before i found my boat.

surprisingly boattrader has a bunch of them right now. most are powered with single 225's though and are probably mod v.

It has F250s that seems like alot of weight for that bracket
Usually have F150s

Most like you said have twin 150's but i have seen a few with twin 250's.

I have the 225's on a bracket. definately notice it more but i think that the 2510 wouldnt be as affected as the extended pilot house. What concerns me more about that boat is that its 20k more than your budget.
