Yamaha 150 4-stroke throttle tension adjustment

I have a 2005 Yamaha 150 4-stroke on my 2005 Parker 21SE. I would like to know how to adjust (tighten) the throttle friction on my Model 704 throttle assembly. I see no adjustment cover plate or adjustment screw on the 704.

I had the same problem on my port throttle of the dual binacle.

I discovered that the black cap pries off, exposing a screw on the back (rear) side of each throttle handle. Tightening the screw increases the friction.
