yamaha 225 starting issue

For about the last year I have had some problems with my engine just not starting on occasion and then after about 20-30 minutes, it will start up and run fine. I will get down to the boat after not using it for a week or so and engine will start right up and run fine for a few hours and then all of a sudden, it will just not start. I thought it might be the primer bulb as sometimes it would not get hard, but the other day, it was hard and the motor still wouldn't start. The motor will crank, like it is cold, but it just won't turn over, kind of like it is not getting any gas? Anyone ever have a similar problem or anyone have any ideas what this might be??

I had a problem with my engine stalling when it was hot and then would not start. Found out it was a vapor lock problem. Had to install a vapor recovery kit. Check out this site for more info.
