Yamaha F150 Clicking noise

I pulled the boat home yesterday and while flushing the motor I spun the prop by hand. Noticed a slight clicking noise when turning very slow. When I spin it hard there is no noise. I checked the shifter and it is in neutral. The motor just went over 1000 hours and I am planning on dropping it by the mechanic this week. I was wondering if others have noticed this noise before. I can't say I ever spun the prop by hand so I'm not sure if it hasn't always been there. I didn't notice anything while running it in the water.
