Yamaha F150 running rough

Hello guys, it's been awhile. Have a question. Ran out of gas (never actually shut off),,,,Just bucked like crazy and ran horrid for last 10 or 15 minutes going home. This is a Yamaha 150 four stroke. Is this how it would typically run just before running out?

I took it out of water next day.....drained what was left in tank.....about a gallon (70 gallon tank).....Got new gas/startron....replaced front filter.......Primed and started right up......Ran like crap again......Fuel injectors? Any help appreciated.

easy
replace exterior and under cowling fuel filters
Does the exterior filter (Racor), have a plastic bowl?
check it for water and debris
check fuel tank vent is open
remove fuel tank pickup and inspect for blockage including ASV
if this does not help
remove VST and replace F shape on top and inside filter mounted on high pressure fuel pump
re assemble
run
clean injectors maybe next
