    Window and carpet ? on a 2520

I used a garden sprayer with a bleach / water mixture to clean the carpet in my 2110 shortly after I bought it. Just like with the oxy clean recommended above. Spray it on, let it sit a few minutes, and hose it off. It turned out great! Just another suggestion, hope it helps.

helm and passenger seat cushions for 2001 Parker 2110

I have a 2000 2110 which I'm sure is the same as your 2001. I contacted Coastal Canvas Mfg. in Beaufort, N.C. at 252-728-4946 and they made new cushions for me very promptly and were very competitively priced. They were the manufacturer of the O.E.M. cushions for Parker and they have the...

    Cleaning the decks

You're exactly right, bleach does work wonders but it also strips the wax from your gel coat. If you don't care about the wax being removed and not having the protective qualities it provides, or if you don't mind waxing your surfaces afterwards it won't hurt a thing. Personally I do use bleach...

Stern Drain Plug reseal with Boat Life?

Normally, I would agree 200% with this, but the 2110, at least my 2000 model, is solid glass where the garboard plug is located. The transom core stops a few inches short of the area. I assume his 97 is the same. If your 97 is different, I would follow Brent's directions to a T.

Stern Drain Plug reseal with Boat Life?

I've never used Boat Life but I've heard good things about it. My personal preference for below the water line items that may need to be removed one day is 3M 4200. Used ALOT of it over the years. Never a problem.

    Awesome False Albacore Trip

Nice work! False Albacore or not, looks like a great trip to me! I've taken my boat offshore a couple times this year myself and as expensive as it is it sucks to get skunked! I came back with only one keeper black bass on one trip, so ya'll did great! Lol. For the record we caught a bunch but...

    Add second fuel guage

Or, if you really want to know how much fuel you have you could add a quality fuel management system. Not too expensive if your current electronics support it.

    Prop FOR 2110 W/AROUND

I have a 2000 2110 although I am running a 175 carb. 2 stroke. I have the Yamaha 13 3/4 x 17 black steel prop. and am fairly satisfied with it. It tops out at 5,300 and 40 mph. with a moderate load. I have often thought about going to something like a 14 1/2 x 15 myself for improved hole shot...

    1996 Parker 2110 - Fuel Leak

Another thing to think about is WHY this happened in the first place. You either have a bad electrical connection to your tank / sender or you have water entering the tank coffin somehow (probably leaking pie plates) and laying around the sender area causing this corrosion. So that would need to...

    1996 Parker 2110 - Fuel Leak

Well, let's see. First and foremost, no matter what you do, don't forget that you're working dangerously close to a flammable / explosive liquid. NO POWER TOOLS!! Personally I would think about this job carefully. The first thing I would do is pump / siphon the tank out completely and visually...

    1996 Parker 2110 - Fuel Leak

I just purchased my 2110 last year and mine is a 2000 model. I replaced all of the fuel system hoses, as well as LOTS of other stuff, before ever using the boat for the first time. I will say that my fuel fill hose did not appear to be leaking but there were some cracks in it where it makes a...

Lower unit making a clunking noise

Sorry to hear that. The good news is, if you buy a reman or good used unit it's a pretty easy job. Make sure you put a new water pump on the unit upon install and you should be good to go!

Lower unit making a clunking noise

You may have chipped a tooth on a gear or something? USUALLY, it takes a pretty hard impact to cause lower unit damage but you never know. The first thing I would do is drain the lower unit oil and check for metal shavings and go from there. Sorry for your bad luck buddy! Hope it turns out to be...

    First Tuna

Congrats on the beautiful Tuna buddy! Last year, like you I bought my 2110 which was in need of some TLC and I didn't get it in the water until late summer. All is good with her now and I'm itching to get a Tuna on the deck myself. So far I've only been offshore in her once and that was a wreck...
