I'm working with Wachovia on doing a short sale. Crocker's Marine - Wilmington NC (where the boat currently is - valued it @ $37K) - being that there are issues with the motor (once work in completed - purchaser's out of pocket about $1,500 - I have insurance and Yamaha covering the rest of the repair - getting a new cylinder block w/ heads - Yamaha 250 4 stroke). All said and done - if I can get $28K or best offer for the boat - I believe the bank will take it - and you will be getting a great fishing machine.
