What is the typical cost for 100 hour service for YAM 250FS...parts & labor? Just had service performed and it was roughly $400 bucks. Does that seem in line with the market?

yep that's about right in line for 100hr serv. for my area too. My bills sometimes have an add on out of pocket usually of about $10. (Coffe and doughnuts for the shop.) this little extra goes a very long way to some hard working guys.

I do it my self in an hour and it cost's me 110.00 in parts.
I got sick of wating 3 weeks for the boat to be ready. Sometimes drivng by the shop and just seeing the boat in the parking lot not even worked on yet.

4 plugs every 200 hours
2 filters 1 oil 1 gas
upper oil
lower oil
water fuel seperator once a year add 30 bucks

Very easy.
