12 Volt Air Conditioner?

Very neat setup, would be interesting to see the power consumption specs. Trying to get out of the 95 degree sun only to retire to a shaded cabin that's 94 degrees is tough sometimes for me. If I'm running in a chop, opening the windows isn't really an option.

I must say that I'm not sure about a 12v air conditioner, but the installation does look clean.
European design? Might be something to look into.
