1801 Max HP Rating?

Anyone have a 1801 rated for 150 hp?

My 2015 has a 115HP Yamaha, but the 150 was a factory option when I bought it.

Interesting, the Parker site states 115 max in the specs section, but there is a reference to 150 for the trailer option. Go figure. thanks

There is another reference to 150 hp in tht hyd. steering option.

Yep, on their new site there are a number of errors . The current hard copy catalog and the previous catalogs show the max HP as 115 as does the current site as well as previous sites as far as I can remember back. I first considered a 1801 in 2001 but ended up with a new 2510. Nothing would surprise me from Parker though, look at sydngoose's old 2530, fish boxes in the floor and other anomalies.

Based on my experience with an older 1801 15-18 years ago with an Evinrude 140 2 stroke, there's no doubt in my mind the boat would handle the newer 150 4S just fine.
