Hello all. After 16 years of good service, I decided to give the old girl some TLC. Project number one, was to have the cockpit re-gelcoated and have the hatches removed and resealed. While the hatches were off, I had the edges of the cutouts sealed with epoxy. In addition, my boat had some bad trailer rash on the keel which needed some attention, not to mention some little nicks and dings. This project was left in the capable hands of the David and Dan Young of Young's Fiberglass in Marmora, New Jersey. These guys are the best! I can't begin to tell you have great their work turned out. I will attempt to post some pictures of their work and the finished project.

Finally, on to the Spring Projects. Got a chances to do the hull. First was a coat of 3M Cleaner Wax followed by a coat of Starbrite Teflon Polish. The PoterCable got quite the work out. Finally, after a day of waxing, somehow I got the energy to replace the plastic thru holes with stainless steel. A thanks goes out to Warthog and JPG1969 for proving the source for the fittings.

Looks great, Brad! Young's Fiberglass does really nice work. Between yours, mine, and the other 2520 that was in the shop, they nonskidded 3 Parkers within a week's time.
