Actually, I'm looking forward to enjoying the Parker again. I have a slip, the weather is good, the area is unbelievable, and life is good!! Planning trips to Charleston, Savannah, Daufuskie, etc. Maybe down the ICW to the St John again. We'll see what happens in a couple of months. Tell you what, when I put it back on the market, the price will be higher. Glad I'm not under any pressure to sell.
