2001 2520 MV notched transom with 2000 Yamaha 225 OX66 & Trailer. All is in very good shape and meticulously taken care of. 663 hrs on the motor - Selling due to tuition with 4 kids. Boat, motor and trailer $31,000. Will sell without trailer if desired.
Other stuff:
Hull soda blasted 4 seasons ago by Gale Force and finished with Pettite protect epoxy primer, Pettite hard blue unepoxy and finished with Pettite hydrocoat black.
Raytheon Radar and normal electronics such as Furuno fishfinder, VHF and Garmin GPS Map 180
Maintenance performed this time last year: replaced poppet, 3 low pressure fuel pumps, cleaned O2 sensor, replaced VST filter, high pressure fuel filter, both thermostats, plugs each year.
Last spring replaced oil filters in remote and engine mounted filter as well as water pump. Replace engine mounted fuel filter and water separator each year. Huge thanks for education and help from everyone on this site specifically Tim Crann and SIM Yamaha for assistance on basic maintenance.
Replaced batteries two seasons ago.
Replaced factory marlon/plastic through hulls with stainless steel 3-4 years ago.
Interior teak refinished 3 years ago.
Windlass
Prop reconditioned last winter by Atlantis Propeller
Added 8 rod holders in cabin last spring.
Trailer is dual axle Shore Land’r with recent upgrades in the past 3 years of new brake lines, tongue, springs & clamps. Trailer serviced last summer with new winch strap, greased etc – in great shape. Title in hand for boat.
Boat is in Ocean City, NJ.

UGH! Sorry to see this Larry, but at least your priorities are in order. Before you know it, the kids will be gone and you can pick up another Parker.

Thanks for posting additional pics Tim. My iphone does not seem to take such a great pic. Listing some other features I overlooked when first posting as things have come to mind - I figured much is standard like compass etc but maybe not in all models so pointing out other amenities.

Blue LED bulbs in fishing cockpit under gunnels last spring.
Replaced O'rings in two deck hatches and reset last spring.
Livewell pump in hatch.
