2005 Parker 1801 Commercial Version with 200 EFI Mercury. Former Wildlife Resources boat. Built like a tank. Extra thick transom, extra glass in stress points. No horsepower limit. Heavy duty hardware. Hard top and DuraGrid floor covering. Simrad and Raymarine graphs, Bennet trim tabs with auto retract, Uniden radio, JL Audio system, lights up top and under the gunnels, Motorguide Xi5 (72" shaft & gps), Long roller trailer with Stotlz rollers (self-centering keel rollers), and hydraulic steering. Meticulously maintained, tons of extras included as well. Motor shows 759 hours but replaced powerhead at 668 (have receipts as well as many other records). Runs very well and everything works as it should. Mercury Vessel View module to connect with phone for live engine data. Duracell batteries (3) and on-board 3 bank NOCO charger. Giving up diving and downsizing to a skiff for more family time on the water. $24,500 or best offer.

Yes. Tank is the original 60 gallon. No leaks. Replaced the fuel filler line last year.

Similar boat (below) was bought at the NC auction last week. It has a soft top and very few options. Probably worth what he's asking based on what it can do but that's up to a buyer. These are definitely not the same as the "regular" 1801's. Get in one, stand next to one, or take one to rough water and you will know. The other one does have a newer 4 stroke (2014) but for about the same money you could swap out the 200 EFI for a brand new Mercury 4 stroke (if you aren't a two stroke guy). Mercury is running 5 year warranties right now. Local guy selling in the box 150's for $13k (no tax). It's a direct swap (plug and play) and the 200 EFI is still worth at least $3,500 or so. You would already have all the electronics, hard top, trim tabs, Vessel View and a 72" shaft trolling motor. If anyone has any interest but thinks it's worth less than asking price, message me an offer and maybe we can make a deal. Currently have three boats and only need two. I can tell you every single detail of the boat and will not hold anything back on the good or the not so good. I have a huge binder of receipts, information, etc...

Where is this boat located ?

The roller trailer. Not a fan. Had to replace the washers on all 32 rollers. "Originals" are galvanized at best and rust and swell over time. This keeps the rollers from working properly. I replaced the washers with stainless. The keel rollers from the factory are sub par. I added self centering keel rollers. Those things combined helped a lot. Almost all of these boats have keel damage when you buy them (plan to repair if you buy one from auction). They are able to load and unload at any ramp but the guys using them for the state grind the keels on the trailers. There are no guides. It takes some finesse.

If you don’t mind me asking, how much did you sell this for?

Rather not say exactly but will say it was less than invested. The new owner got a good deal and I got rid of a boat I didn't need. Probably could have held out for more money but, reality is that used boats are not moving like they were. I had been watching several similar boats sit for sale week after week. If you hold out, you can still probably get a good price but, in my case, I was ready to move on.
