2100 vs SE? DV?

I apologize if this has been asked/answered before, but can someone tell me if you can tell the difference, if any, between a 2100, 21 SE, 2100 SE? The boat is around a 1997 model and it has 2100 on the side of the console. I can't tell if it's a DV or SE just by the photos.

Two strakes equal a 2100 DV (deep vee) one strake is an SE (modified V)
