Hey guys, Good to see CP back up and running. I have managed to convince SWMBO that we need a Parker pilothouse for our boating and fishing platform and have sold our Hydrasport, so I was ready to jump on a 2120. We were at the dealer looking at the boats and getting prices on options when SWMBO nearly floors me by saying "if we are getting one, why not get the 2320 with the full transom and the big motor? " Well why not indeed! This type of thing ,to me, is rare and now I find myself somewhat torn between these two boats , and thats where ,hopefully, you guys come in. I would like your honest opinions of which you would choose and why, and especially if any 2120 owners wish they had spent the extra cash and bought the 2320. Here are some particulars of our situation:
1. The 2320 is nearly $16,000 more than its smaller brother
2. The 21 has an F150 the 23 a F250 digital outboard.
3. We will keep the boat on a lift at home , the lift is only rated for 6,000 pounds
4. We live nearly 20 miles upriver from where we often fish (around the 64 & 664 bridge tunnels) and roughly 35-40 miles from the Bay Bridge Tunnel
5. We are not wealthy, but either boat is within our budget the 2120 more so of course.
Whatever thoughts you may offer will be greatly appreciated, and I thank you in advance.
Roger
