21se? can front platform be removed

Looking at a 2007 21se, the only option it has that I don't want is the front platform with the cooler in it. Was curious if it is difficult to remove or if anyone has removed it.

Also, is the cooler capable of holding 40" fish?

Cant answer your question, maybe someone has done this already and will chime in. If not call Parker and ask them how to go about removing it.
