I'm curious to hear some thoughts on adding a tower to the roof a 2120 SC.

Thanks

Thats a wide open question....It's the smallest Pilothouse boat they make.

You say nothing about if your trailering, dry stacking, or sitting in the water. It makes a difference because it may need to fold down.

All controls will need to be changed as you probably have a setup that does not allow for a 2nd station......fiberglass console.....Belly band...do you want a seat....

It can run $5000 to $10,000

Start googling "images" for 2120 and 2320 spotting driving 2nd station. You know the 2120 and the 2320 share the same pilothouse footprint. Get some ideas. Wart above made some great points. Going to need more details on your application.

Thank you for the replies.

I'm asking because I might be considering a 2120 with a second set of controls on the pilot house. I'm not sure how this hull would handle in open water with an average size adult at the secondary helm considering the length and beam of the 2120.

Short question... Would it be safe to use on a average day? Do I need to be concerned about a top heavy situation?

Thanks
