Armstrong dive ladder

Hello, I have a 2520SL with transom mounted outboard. I need to put a dive ladder on. I am thinking I will order a 4 step Armstrong. I am concerned as what mounting bracket I should order, and how to install it? I am kind of reluctant to start drilling holes in my transom, but will do what I have to. Could anyone give me any input as to how they did theirs- please?

i have only seen armstong receiver brackets on motor brackets? saying that i used the clips and screwed them to top of bracket, so that it can be accessed from the water if need be. has been on the back of my 23 w.a. for 4 yrs. never moved. my controls just lay over top. don't know if that helps. tinmantoo
