Is the platform in the bilge where the pump is mounted, is that separate from the hull itself? I guess what I’m asking does the fiberglass for the hull separate the wood that the pump is mounted too. The fiberglass is cracked on both sides and just want to make sure it won’t compromise the hull.

Separate. Marine ply glassed over bottom and gel coated.
What he said. It's simply added in there to give you a flat mounting surface for the bilge pump and float switch. The hull is solid fiberglass and will not be effected by the cracked glass on the plywood block. The worst issue you may have is the screws on the bilge pump may have difficulty holding if the wood rots totally away. But so long as the mounting feels secure, I probably wouldn't lose sleep over it.

That’s what I figured but wanted to ask, thanks for the help.
