I was going through my pulpit today, putting 5200 on the screws for everything, including the bow rail. Pulpit has lots of wood obviously, and there was sign of "some" sealant, but not a lot.
NOT COUNTING the mounting points on the pulpit, does anyone know definitively if the bow rail bolts through fiberglass only from then on, or is there still wood involved in the mounting the rest of the way around? The bolts are going to be a *"itch to access the rest of the way, but it needs to be done.
It's like sealant was $1000 an ounce at Parker.

My 2016 2320.

The mid-ship cleats are soild glass.

My hunch is the raised portion where the bow rail is attached is solid glass as well.

I had a rail post that was dribbling through onto the carpet. I was able to get in there and easily remove the bolt with a universal, a short 9/16 socket and a long extension. I am much less worried about the minimum sealant knowing they are bolted through glass.
Great point about the cleat!
