Inside aluminum framing on my 2520xl is getting aluminum rust and pits. Basic problem I feel is no ventilation in the cabin......

I was thinking and wondering if anyone has added a vent in their door? Something that could be closed if needed but also could let air in without rain getting thru.....

I thought something down towards the bottom......maybe 12" wide and 6" high...

I'll look to see what might be available but this is such a creative group I thought I'd check to see if anyone has already done it!

Thanks

there was recently one on here that people did louvres on the berth windows. And i think dale h has a submarine periscope type vent that goes out of the roof.

Do a search on the word dorade (with or without my name as posted by) and you'll get plenty of hits!
