I have a 1999 2520 MV that had a 225 OX66 2 stroke with a 15 1/2 X 17 SS prop

I now have a F250 4 stroke and would like to know if this prop is still the best or has anyone else changed to a better prop.

Thanks
Capt Brian

Not onca bracket but a notched transom.
I haven't seen the boat yet, just got the call the motor is on and ready to pick up.

I'll let you know what I think in the next couple of days.

Took it out today for the first time, AWESOME.

No noticable difference in weight and it's sooo quiet, no smoke and no oil to fill.

WOT is 5800 and full boat two guys 37 mph!

I kept my prop a Mirage 15 1/2 x 17 and I have slight cavitation punching it from a dead stop with the motor turned to starboard. I think it's the through hull for my washdown or the trim tabs.

The gauges are nice and the square ones fit in the round holes... somebody was thinking.

I don't need my flow scan as the new gauges calculate fuel consumption.

The control is really nice, feels like a cable but no cable, like magic!

I'll post some pic soon.

Maybe we can go tuna fishing next season with peace of mind, no more 8 hour tows back to the dock
Best of luck with the new Yammie
