Couple rocket launcher questions.

I just bought a used rocket launcher to install on the top of the cabin of my 25" parker. The rocket launcher has gold sleeves that are tarnished a bit, i tried using a metal polish, but that didnt do much. Does anyone know a good way to polish these up? My second question is, what is the best way to seal the bolt holes after i install it? I was thinking of just putting some 5200 in the holes and then around the edges of the brackets and also putting some epoxy in the holes first? I have never put holes in top of cabin and dont want any leaking. Thanks in advance for any help.

How far back to they install? The overhang part is solid glass layup, no coring. If no wood core you could use practically any kind of sealant.

No, they will be bolted on in the inside apart of cabin.

I use 3m cleaner wax on all metal on boat. Polishes nicely may wanna give that a try.
